BYOU Platform
For experts, services, wellbeing, access and technology. The platform creates a scalable way for people to discover and connect with trusted wellbeing experts and support.
Explore BYOUThe current mental health system often starts too late. People wait until they are already overwhelmed, disconnected or in crisis before support becomes visible, accessible or affordable. I believe we need a new layer of wellbeing: closer to everyday life, built through community, technology, trusted experts and human connection.

Mental health support is still too often built around crisis instead of prevention. For many people, support feels clinical, expensive, complicated or far away. Access can be slow, and people often do not know where to start.
Young people especially do not always begin their search for support inside traditional care systems. They search online. They speak to friends. They look for community. They follow creators, experts and voices they trust.
But between “I don’t feel okay” and professional care, there is often a missing layer: a safe, accessible and human place where people can be seen earlier, supported sooner and guided toward the right help.
We need more choice, more transparency and more access. People should not feel powerless in their own wellbeing journey or dependent on one institution deciding what support is right for them.
BYOU is building a new wellbeing ecosystem where people can find support earlier, easier and in a way that feels human.
The vision is simple: wellbeing should be accessible before crisis. People should be able to discover trusted experts, receive guidance, access community and choose the type of support that feels right for them.
This is not about replacing professional care. It is about creating the missing layer before, around and alongside it: a more human access system built through technology, community, education and trusted wellbeing experts.

Meet the FoundationThe next generation talks about mental health differently. They do not separate mental wellbeing from identity, body, lifestyle, purpose, belonging, beauty, work, relationships and community.
Wellbeing is no longer only a healthcare topic. It is part of how people live, grow, connect and build their future.
That means the systems around wellbeing also need to change. We need models that feel accessible, social, preventive, digital, human and close to everyday life.
BYOU exists to help build that future.
The future of mental health is not only clinical. It is human, social, preventive and part of daily life.
