Step 3: Strengthen the model and achieve the goal

The rest of your work with a personal trainer will focus on strengthening the new models and using them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of the coaching program. When you achieve your goals, your life coach will celebrate your success with you and help you set new goals to solve.
